I'm John Bagge, a senior B2B marketing consultant with deep roots in growth marketing, demand generation, and modern marketing technology.
At Homegrown, I work as an embedded partner, not a vendor. I bring senior-level strategic clarity together with hands-on operational capabilities across the full funnel: from the first touchpoint to closed revenue. My clients are typically B2B scale-ups and SMEs that need a seasoned operator, not an agency with a 12-week onboarding process.
My core competencies are HubSpot marketing automation, account-based marketing (ABM), and lead generation — the three levers that most reliably translate marketing investment into pipeline.
